An American-made record containing addresses by Nazi leaders and Nazi songs, which had a brisk sale in West Germany until it was banned last May by a Frankfurt court, was ruled yesterday by Frankfurt’s high court as not being in conflict with the constitution.

The ruling on “Speeches and Songs of Nazi Germany” revoked the lower court ruling. The new decision said that the record did not have any anti-Semitic tendencies.
