New York Mayor Leaves for Four-day Speaking Tour for J. N. F.

Mayor Wagner of New York flew today from Idlewild Airport to California on a four-day speaking tour for the Jewish National Fund. This is the first time that a New York mayor visits the West Coast in the interests of a pro-Israel fund. Mayor Wagner will appear today at a Jewish National Fund dinner in San Francisco. Tomorrow evening he will address a JNF dinner in Los Angeles. Appearing with Mayor Wagner at the Los Angeles functions of the Jewish National Fund will be Mendel N, Fisher, executive director of the JNF, and Theodore Strimling, president of the Los Angeles JNF Council.
