More than 1,500 persons attended funeral services at Temple Beth Israel yesterday for Senator Richard L.Neuberger, who died here last week at the age of 47, Many of the crowd, who could not find room inside the temple, stood outside the building to listen to the eulogies by Senate Majority Leader Lyndon Johnson and other members of the Senate and Government.
