Max M. Fisher, Detroit industrial, civic and communal loader has been elected to the board of governors of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, Dr. Nelson Glueck, president, announced today. Mr.Fisher is president of Detroit’s Jewish Welfare Federation and a member of the United Jewish Appeal Cabinet.
