Blaustein, Bernstein, Feynman Receive the 1960 Einstein Awards

The 1960 awards named after the late Prof. Albert Einstein, honoring his memory as scientist and citizen, were made here tonight at a dinner attended by 1, 000 persons under the sponsorship of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University.

The awards, consisting of a medallion bearing a bas relief of the famous physicist, plus a cash award of $1, 000, were given to Leonard Bernstein, musical director of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra; Dr. Richard P. Feynman, professor of theoretical physics at the California Institute of Technology; and Jacob Blaustein. of Baltimore.
