Ex-nazi Policeman Put on Trial; Charged with Killing Jews in Poland

A former policeman during the Nazi occupation of Poland went on trial here today on charges of killing Jews in a Polish ghetto during the Second. World War. The defendant, Georg Schlosser, 46, was a member of the Czestochowa ghetto guard unit.

Munich police announced today the arrest of Konrad Fiebig, 50, a former Storm Troop leader, now a white collar worker. Fietig was arrested on charges of leading an Einsatz-Commando unit which slaughtered thousands of Jews in Russia during the war.
