A new freighter, built by the Velkan Werft West German shipyard for the Zim-Israel Navigation Company, was launched here today. The vessel was built under the West German-Israel reparations agreement. It was named the “Gederah” by Mrs. Vera Tsur, wife of Yaacov Tsur, member of the Jewish Agency executive and former Ambassador to France.
