Israel development programs were described to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee today by Israel Foreign Minister Golda Meir. Mrs. Meir was guest at a luncheon tendered by Chairman J.W. Fulbright, Arkansas Democrat.

Senator Fulbright said later that a “friendly, informal atmosphere prevailed.” He said that Arab-Israel relations were covered in broad context. The Eichmann case was not discussed, he said. A short question-and-answer period followed the luncheon.

Mrs. Meir later met with the staff of the Israel Embassy here and a group of potential investors in Israel undertakings. Prior to his departure tonight for New York, she had nothing to say beyond the customary pleasantries about the luncheon today.
