Premier David Ben-Gurion advised the Israel cabinet at its meeting yesterday that negotiations were proceeding for admission of the Agudat Israel Workers Party into the Government coalition.
Replying to criticism that the talks had been going on for two weeks without the Premier’s cabinet colleagues having been informed. Mr. Ben-Gurion said the Government policy was to widen the coalition as greatly as possible and to welcome other parties prepared to share the responsibility on the basis of agreed policy.
