The Daily Telegraph reported today from Teheran that it had been learned reliably there that Iran and Israel will soon establish diplomatic relations. The Iranian consulate in Tel Aviv was closed nine years ago under Arab pressures. About 30,000 Iranian Jews live in Israel.
