Members of the Diplomatic Corps and high U.S. Government officials were among the guests of Israel Ambassador Avraham Harman at a cocktail party given in honor of the new Israel Minister, Mordechai Gazit.
Mr. Gazit succeeds Yaacov Herzog who is now Israel Ambassador to Canada. Among diplomats who attended the party in his honor were representatives of embassies of African countries and also the charge d’ affairs of the Iranian embassy.
