Fresh outbreaks of neo-Nazi incidents were reported today in three Austrian cities. Vandals in Vienna smeared swastikas and slogans. Others in Innsbruck cut ribbons of a wreath on a memorial monument, while Nazis in Graz smeared glue on a liberation memorial stone, police said.
