Two bombs exploded Friday morning in the Jewish quarter of Oran, Algeria, it was reported here today. There was no immediate word on whether the two blasts caused any casualties. Police said they believed the bombs were placed by right-wing French extremist groups which also exploded bombs in other parts of Oran.
