Michael Arnon, counselor at the Israel Embassy in Washington and head of Israel’s Information Services in the United States, has been appointed director of the Information Department of the Foreign Ministry, it was announced here today. He will replace Harry Levin, who will become Israeli Ambassador in Copenhagen.
