Henry Edward Schultz, national chairman of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, was awarded the honorary degree of doctor of humanities today by West Virginia State College. A New York attorney, who has headed the ADL since 1952, Mr. Schultz is a member of the New York City Board of Higher Education, the governing body of the New York City university system.
