Mexico’s first Conservative house of worship, Temple Beth El, was dedicated with special ceremony here this weekend. The first Sabbath Eve service was conducted by Rabbi Carol Klein, who came here especially from the United States for this purpose.

Participating in the dedicatory services were Mordechai Schneersohn, Israel Ambassador to Mexico and Aaron Assa, a member of the Israeli mission here. Luis Schidlow, of this city, is president of the new temple.
