Samuel Oritt, Miami industrialist, who was for several years general chairman of the Greater Miami Committee for State of Israel Bonds, died this weekend of a heart ailment. He was 56. He was also director of Israel Investors Corporation, and a vice-president of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations.
