Television experts from the United Nations and Australia agreed today that Israel has the necessary cultural and artistic resources to produce interesting and significant television programs.

That view was expressed by Dr. Henry Cassirer, chief of the UNESCO television department, and Albert Duckmanton, assistant general manager of the Australian Broadcasting Commission. They came to Israel at the invitation of Abba Eban, Minister of Education, to study the possibilities of introducing educational television in Israel.
