The Jewish Nazi Victims Organization of America, Inc., today appealed to Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy urging him to place the American Nazi Party on the Attorney General’s subversive list. The group also asked for an investigation to determine how the Nazis are getting their financial support.
“We, the remnants of European Jewry who lest our families in concentration camps and gas chambers, know best what Nazism means,” the appeal said. “That is why we are writing this letter to tell you that we were astonished and shocked to learn that an organization by the name of American Nazi Party was given a charter to operate in Arlington, Virginia.”
