Marc Turkow, secretary-general of the South American executive of the World Jewish Congress, left New York today for a tour of Jewish communities in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
He will report to these communities on the results of the recent session in Geneva of the World Jewish Congress executive and will discuss the possibility of Jewish students in the Latin American countries attending a special. Jewish students seminar planned by the World Jewish Congress in Israel next February.
