The General Committee of the United Nations General Assembly recommended today the inclusion among other items on the agenda of the current Assembly session, the report of the direct or of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East and the report on activities, cost and maintenance of the United Nations Emergency Force. UNEF patrols the border between the United Arab Republic’s Sinai Peninsula and Israel and holds Sharm el Sheikh, which dominates the entrance to the Gulf of Eilat.
