Marc Sabbah, vice-president of the Casablanca Jewish Committee, has been required to submit his resignation to Col. Driss Ben Amar, Governor of Casablanca, because of his attendance at the World Jewish Congress executive meeting, last August 20, in Geneva.

Two young Jews accused of “belonging to a Zionist network” were arrested here today. At the same time, it was announced that Albert Chriqui, a Jew arrested on the same charge last week, has been released.
