Sir Basil Henriques, scion of one of the most famous Anglo-Jewish families, a judge for 30 years, and one of the leading British authorities on Juvenile delinquency, died here yesterday at the age of 71. He was a vice-president of the World Union for Progressive Judaism, and a member of the Council of the Anglo Jewish Association.
