A series of books on various aspects of Jewish life were presented here to the religious school library of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church by Temple Sinai, both in Newington. The books are intended for use in the Lutheran religious school’s curriculum which includes the study of Judaism.

The gift of Jewish books was given as a token of appreciation by Temple Sinai, which conducted Friday evening services in the Lutheran church before the present Temple building was constructed.
