Yosef Tekoah, currently Israel’s Ambassador to Brazil, has been appointed the new Israeli Ambassador to Moscow, it was announced here today. He succeeds Arieh Harel, who served as Israeli Ambassador in Moscow until last year. Ambassador Tekoah, 37, was deputy head of the Israeli delegation to the United Nations from 1958 to 1960.
