Eliezer Doron, Israel’s Ambassador to Chile, was named today to serve also as Ambassador to Ecuador. He expects to go next week to the latter country’s capital, Quito, to present his letters of credence to the president of Ecuador. However, he will return here to continue to maintain his headquarters in this city.
