Peggy Goldwater, 17-year-old daughter of United States Senator Barry Goldwater, confirmed today reports she hoped to go to Israel and live on a kibbutz after she finishes junior college. She is completing high school requirements at the exclusive Judson school here.
Her father, the leading conservative in the Republican party, is present head of the Goldwater family. The Goldwaters have been prominent merchants in the Western United States for three generations. The family is Jewish, but Senator Goldwater was raised as an Episcopalian.
