National Jewish Music Council Holds Annual Meeting; Discusses Standards

Standards of performance of Jewish music were discussed here this weekend at the annual meeting of the National Jewish Music Council of the National Jewish Welfare Board. The principal addresses were delivered by Solomon Litt, national JWB president; A. W. Binder, professor of Hebrew music at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion; and Robert W. Dowling, cultural executive for the City of New York.
