The City of Fort Worth installed its first Jewish Councilman, Bayard H. Friedman, 35-year-old attorney and former Republican county chairman.
Mr. Friedman may also be the first Jewish administrative official to serve in either the city or county government. He is also the youngest member of the present Fort Worth City Council.
