David Horowitz, Governor of the Bank of Israel, left here today for the United States where he will attend a meeting of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

He is scheduled to stop in Vienna to address a conference there of the International Economists Association and in London for a meeting with Lord Cromer, Governor of the Bank of England.
