The International Service Award of Phil Epsilon Pi Fraternity was presented tonight in absentia to General David Sarnoff, at the stag banquet of the 58th grand convention of the Jewish fraternity. The award is presented annually to a Jewish leader who has made the richest and most exemplary contribution to the essential Jewish life of America.
