J.D.C. Appoints Theodore Feder As ‘malben’ Director in Israel

Theodore D. Feder, a native of Milwaukee, Wise., and until recently head of the Joint Distribution Committee operations in Iran, has been appointed director general of Malben, the JDC services in Israel, it was announced here today. Mr. Feder succeeds Louis D. Horowitz, who is returning to the United States to take up the post of director of overseas studies for the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds.
