Adolfo Bloch, publisher of the influential, illustrated magazine Machete, announced here today that he is preparing to issue a similar publication in Israel. Mr. Bloch said the Israeli magazine, to be entitled Shalom, will be “the most modern illustrated journal in the entire Middle East.”
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
