Jewish War Veterans Conclude International Conference in Israel

Jewish war veterans from seven countries ended today a ten-day world conference with a decision to seek international cooperation on such issues as defending Jewish rights.

The American contingent was led by Marton London of Teaneck, N.J., national commander of the Jewish War Veterans of America. Captain Joshua Goldberg, a retired U.S. Navy chaplain, announced that a steering committee had decided to organize a world group for liaison among the various national war veteran organizations. Other countries represented were Israel, France, Belgium, South Africa, Australia and Canada.
