British Nazi Leaders File Application for Appeal in London Court

British Nazi leader Colin Jordan and his aide, John Tyndall, today filed applications in a London court for permission to appeal their convictions last Monday on charges of having violated the Public Order Act when they organized the neo-Fascist “Spearhead” organization. Jordan had been sentenced to nine months in prison, and Tyndall to six months.
