Dr. Morris Weinlos a leading member of the Edmonton Jewish community, was re-elected to the Edmonton City Council for a second term. He received the highest vote given any candidate. A former president of the Edmonton Zionist Council and of Beth Israel Synagogue, Dr. Weinlos is assistant clinical professor of surgery at the University of Alberta, and chief surgeon at Misericordia Hospital.
