Approval of a number of resolutions stressing goals of strengthening Jewish cultural and youth activities in Latin American Jewish communities marked the close today of the fourth Central Congress of the Association of Jewish Communities in Latin America. The organization consists of former German and Austrian Jews.

The 55 delegates from Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru and Chile acted to strengthen cultural activities, and urged rabbis to visit small communities. They endorsed the newly established Latin American Rabbinical Assembly in Buenos Aires, and promised support to it.
