The hall in which the late Dr. Chaim Weizmann took his oath of office as first President of Israel, in 1948, was dedicated here today as a memorial to his name. At one of the long series of events here marking the 10th anniversary of Dr. Weizmann’s death, leading members of the Cabinet, Parliament and the Jewish Agency executive participated in impressive ceremonies, naming the auditorium of the Jewish Agency Building “Chaim Weizmann Hall.”
