Sanford M. Treguboff, executive vice-president of the Jewish Welfare Federation here, has been “loaned” to the Joint Palestine Appeal of England, to help the British organization’s 1963 campaign, it was announced here by Walter D. Heller, Federation president.

Mr. Treguboff will spend the two months in London to act in an advisory capacity to the JPA there. The “loan” had been requested by the British organization. “It is a genuine compliment to the Federation and to Mr. Treguboff,” said Mr. Heller, “for an organization of the stature of the JPA of England to request his help.”

Mr. Treguboff was recently cited at the annual meeting of the Federation here for his 30 years of “distinguished and devoted” service to the community.
