Quebec Asked to Permit Jewish Voters to Swear on Old Testament

A request that Quebec permit voters to swear on the Old Testament, when they have to take an oath, instead of “on the Holy Gospels,” was made here by the Canadian Jewish Congress in a letter to Quebec’s city election officials.
