President Ben-Zvi was reelected honorary president of the Hebrew University and Supreme Court Justice Haim Cohen as chairman of the executive council in final proceedings of the Board of Governors’ regular meeting. Several new governors also were elected. The Board approved establishment of a $250, 000 student loan fund.
