More than 100 noted Philadelphians joined the officers and directors of the Israel Investors Corporation at the Warwick Hotel here to pay tribute to Samuel H. Daroff for his outstanding contributions to every effort on behalf of the State of Israel.

Avraham Harman, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, brought Israel’s greetings to Mr. Daroff and to the assemblage. He also told of the great strides being made by private investments in Israel. The dinner meeting was presided over by Philip Zinman, one of the founders of Israel Investors. In honor of Mr. Daroff, over $300,000 in stock purchases were made at the dinner.
