Moshe Sharett, chairman of the Jewish Agency Executive, appealed to the 60 delegates of the Scandinavian Jewish Youth Federation’s annual congress here today to encourage their members to adopt Hebrew “at least is their second cultural language.” He delivered the main address at the congress.
