Dr. Aron Brzezinski, professor of gynecology and chief of obstetrics at the Hebrew Hadassah Medical School, an internationally known teacher and research expert in the field, died here yesterday. He was 53. Born in Lodz, he studied at the Sorbonne, where he joined the faculty of medicine in 1934. He settled in Jerusalem in 1936.
