The Jewish Central Committee appealed today to the Soviet Union, through its envoy here, to grant equality of rights to the Jews of the Soviet Union. The appeal, signed by Dr. S. Bibring, president, and I.Z. Berebichez, general secretary, asked the Soviet Union to give the Jews the right to leave Russia to be reunited with their families abroad.
