Foreign Minister Manuel Tello expressed warm interest today in the activities of the Union of Rabbis of Central America and the Caribbean Area. Mr. Tello received Rabbi Abraham M. Hershberg, president of the rabbinical union, who presented to the Foreign Minister a Hebrew Bible bound in Israel. Rabbi Hershberg gave the Foreign Minister a report on the Union’s activities and on plans for the Union’s second conference, to be held October 31 to November 2 at Bogota, Colombia.
