A technical cooperation agreement to improve irrigation procedures in the State of Goias of Brazil was signed today in the Israel Embassy by Governor Mauro Borges and Ambassador Arieh Eshel.
Under the agreement, Israel technician will go to Goias and scholarships are being provided for Brazilian specialists to study irrigation techniques in Israel. Several specialists are leaving for Israel this week under the program.
