Agriculture Minister Moshe Dayan today submitted a proposal to the Cabinet providing for the extension and improvement of Israel’s agricultural assistance to the developing African countries by sending young Israeli experts with no families to work in isolated regions where the aid is needed most. His proposal will be discussed at a session of the Cabinet.
