Technicalities regarding identities of defendants and formalities of the charges against the defendants have occupied prosecution and defense for the past three days in the trial of 104 Yeshiva students facing charges of criminal trespass in the September 10 demonstrations against Christian missions in Israel.

The mass trial is continuing in a hospital dining room improvised for a court. All the defendants have pleaded not guilty.
