The Israel Fish Breeders Union today received an order from the world-famous Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York for a half ton of “St. Peter’s Fish,” a gourmet delicacy bred in the waters of Lake Kineret. The order followed a sample shipment which proved successful at a special gourmet dinner held at the hotel.
